La Unió Europea (Youth in Action Programme i Európa Unga fólksins), ha subvencionat al grup de Joves del Casal Català a Islàndia amb un ajut per anar al barri de Gràcia durant el mes d’octubre de 2010 i fer un estudi sobre la comunitat gitana de Gràcia. Aprofitarem per sumar-nos als actes conmemoratius del vintè aniversari de la mort del músic Gato Pérez.

“This IS the Rumba” Aquest és el nom que rep el Documental que hem realitzat des del Casal Català a Islàndia en col.laboració amb l’institut Flensborg de Hafnarfjördur.

The European Union (Youth in Action Programme and Európa Unga fólksins), has given a grant to the Youngsters Group of the Casal Català a Islàndia. We are going to Gràcia in Barcelona and we will study the roman community that lives there. We will also join the different acts in beloved memory of the musician Gato Pérez (past away 20 years ago).
